  • The RitePerson platform connects you with reliable Taskers who can help perform your requirements. We have a broad range of task categories you can select from. While some of our taskers offer licensed professional services, we encourage you to confirm the Tasker’s license before letting them begin your work, if you feel the task needs to be performed by a licensed professional. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees about our Tasker’s license or registration. If you still have a task that requires professional services, it will be your responsibility to ensure that your Tasker works within the terms and laws.
  • Taskers are normally equipped with the general tools needed to accomplish a task. If you want something more specific, make sure you mention it in your task description. You should also confirm the availability of tools and supplies with your Tasker once you have booked an appointment. Bear in mind that Taskers are independent workers so they will all not have the same tools.
  • After you have booked your task, make sure you follow it up properly. Contact your Tasker through chat threads and discuss your task in detail. Clear up any queries you have with your Tasker, and make sure they understand your work. After you and your Tasker have agreed on everything, you can then set up a date and time for your task. Do I need to be home for my task to be completed? We do not monitor or oversee tasker’s work because they are independent workers. It’s the clients who hire them so we recommend the clients to follow up their tasks properly. It is better to be at home when the Tasker comes. This way you can make sure your task is completed properly the way you want it to. If you can’t be at home, make sure you guide your Tasker properly about what they need to do.
  • We can’t provide you with an estimated amount because Taskers are independent workers who set their own rates. You will be able to see a Tasker’s hourly rate on their profile before setting up your task. Normally the rates depend on how long or difficult the task is. If you are on a low budget, it is best to let your Tasker know about it beforehand so that you can both negotiate on the price.
  • Our one-hour minimum policy means that no tasks can be less than 1 hour. Taskers can’t set up an invoice if your task is less than that time limit. After 1 hour, Taskers invoice at a 15-minutes increment policy. Please note that RitePerson is a cashless service. Therefore, you need to pay Taskers securely through the app or website.   • How do I change my password or recover my forgotten password?                                                                                            Well in other to change your password, you would have already created an account with us, the process of changing your password can be done in two ways, first is if you've forgotten your password, you could quickly do that on the mobile app login page, just below the login button you will see the "forget password" button, click on it and  follow the password recovery process. Secondly this can be done also from the mobile app when already logged in, you can either click on profile image from the welcome page or the side bar options, this will automatically redirect you to your profile page, below the details in the profile page by the right, you will see the "change password" button, click on it and follow the steps to change your password.
  • How do I sign up?                                                                                We have made it easy for you to sign up with us, you need to get our application, we have two applications one for users and the other for service providers. This applications can be gotten on google play store for android users and apple store for IOS users, or you could get a direct link of the app from our web site www.riteperson.com, at the bottom of the the website, once the app is downloaded and properly installed, then you can go through to process of signing up either as a provider or a user using the right app by filling in the appropriate details.

  • To be a Tasker, you must meet some requirements. If you meet all the requirements below, you can register with us any time! • Be of age: You can only be a Tasker if you are 18 years old or above. • Be in our active cities: Make sure you can easily work with us in our active cities. You can view the list of cities we work in on our website. • Verify your ID: You must provide us with your personal details including ID verification. Relax, we will protect your information as per our privacy policy. • Have an account: You can’t start work if you don’t have a checking account. Savings account, prepaid deposit cards or bank cards are not valid accounts for this requirement so ensure you have the right account. • Have a smartphone: This is relevant as you will be managing all your tasks through our app which is not compatible with windows yet. Our app works best with iOS or Android. Make sure you have iOS 9.0 or above or Android version 4.3 or above.
  • To join our team, you need to follow the steps below to get on board completely. • Download our Tasker App on your smartphone or register at www.riteperson.com. Keep in mind that this app is different from the Client App, so make sure you download the right one. • Create an account on the app or login if you already have an account. • Set up your profile by listing your skills, location, and then verify all your info. The app will guide you through the steps in completing your profile. • For a better profile, make sure you fill up at least one availability slot and select radius of distance you would like to work in After your profile is set up, it will take us 2 days to verify it and confirmed by email. Once you receive the email, we will ask you to visit our partner site for an identity check. Make sure you have a laptop that has a working camera. We might ask you to take a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Once all of the above is done, you will receive a final confirmation email and you will be good to go!
  • We have a very Tasker-friendly policy. On our platform, the work is about you. You control it. Therefore, It is up to you when and where you want to task. You control your own pay rates and skill set. We are only here to give you support and a platform for your skills.
  • You can work in any available task category as long as you have the skills for it. We offer a broad range of categories on our work platform. We have several categories including: • Car washing • House cleaning and laundry • Delivery and transportation • Electronics • Household errands • Designing and decor • Home and tech repairs • Gardening • Packing and unpacking • Babysitting • Shopping
  • Unfortunately, we are not offering virtual services currently as there is a lot of demand for physical work. Hence, our platform would require you to perform your services in one of our active cities. Will I be RitePerson’s employee? No, you won’t be our employee because, with us, you work as an independent worker. All the tasks you do are personalized and your own. We only offer a platform to enable people like you with skills to get jobs more conveniently.
  • How do I upload files from my phone or tablet?                                You can easily upload pictures of your previous work on your page, which can be viewed by your clients, this can be done on your mobile provider app, by clicking on the side bar menu once you've successfully logged in, after that a list of other options will be displayed, click on the manage gallery option, once it is opened you can click on the add button at the bottom right of the page, from there you can start to add images of your works one at a time.

  • Deleting your accounting can be done by sending us an email through our contact us or support channel, stating that you want your account to be deleted, but make sure the account email, phone number and holder name are included in the email if not we will not know which account is to be deleted, after the message has been received by us, a support agent will contact you to confirm the account delete. 

  • How do I change my account settings? 

  • Accounting settings can be changed from the mobile after logging in, click on the side bar menu, once the options display, you would see a setting image inform of a gear click on it and once it is opened you will see the necessary settings available to you.

  • If you have just joined RitePerson and are not getting enough tasks, here are some tips to help you along the way. • Make sure your account is always online. If your profile shows ‘unavailable or offline’, you are not likely to get many offers. • Set your more Availability times in your calendar to ensure you always show up when a search is made. Select times when it is easier for you to work. • If possible, choose a wider work area radius to give you more opportunities. • List as many skills as you as you are capable of doing. A profile with more skills is visible to a larger number of clients. • Take time to set up a good quick pitch. This gives you a unique and different profile. • Set your hourly pay rates according to our pricing guidelines. They should be based on your experience levels and what the clients are looking for in the market. Doing all the above will help you increase your prospects of getting more clients. Bear in mind that demand on our platform can fluctuate with different seasons, holidays, and times.

  • The supplies required normally depends on the type of skill you are offering, and they vary from Tasker to Tasker. We have listed some common supplies that are needed for most tasks: • Basic tool kit • Ladder • Measuring tape • Power drill • Box cutter Useful supplies for cleaning: • Duster, mop, or sweeper • Clean microfiber cloths or towels • All-purpose cleaner • Window cleaner • Disinfectants • Toilet cleaning supplies • Portable vacuum cleaner • Personal protective equipment Useful supplies for heavy movement tasks: • Moving blankets, gloves, and tarps • Furniture dolly • Ratchet straps We recommend that you always contact your client before your task begins to know what supplies you would need to carry out your job.

  • When a customer reviews your profile, the first thing they see is your quick pitch. First impressions go a long way so do your best to develop a good quick pitch. Below we have mentioned some ways write a good pitch. • Let clients know about your experience: Mention all the previous experiences you have had on your profile so that clients find your profile reliable. • Let clients know about your tools: They help you and your clients achieve a task in a shorter time, so make sure you mention all the tools and supplies you have on your profile such as a vacuum cleaner, or a car for transportation, etc. • Let clients know why you are the best: Outline what makes you unique in performing your task so that more clients can approach you. • Let clients know about any shortcomings: If you have a limited supply or are able to do only small tasks, then let clients know about that too so that they can negotiate.

  • The necessities needed to be a Tasker are listed below. • Be of age (18yrs old at least) • Be able to work in at least one of our active cities • Provide personal details for us to perform us perform ID verification • Have a checking bank account with a financial institution. • Have a smartphone-compatible with our app Register here if you meet all these requirements

  • It is up to you which skillset you apply for provided you are capable of performing the task. For most tasks, no special experiences are needed. You can apply for them without past references. However, for tasks like home repairs, furniture assembly and certain professional roles, more training may be needed so be willing to learn if you don’t already know the skill.

  • Once your profile is complete, ensure that you set your availability times and select cities where you are willing to work and radius of distance you are willing to cover. This way more clients can find you in their search results. If you still don’t get more tasks, try adjusting your rates, work availability, and services. Make sure your profile offers a clear description to your clients.

  • Our platform requires that you have a checking account, IBAN number, and billing address for deposits. When registering, you will have to provide us with your bank information so that you can be paid via our app. Keep in mind that savings account and prepaid debit cards do not work with the app. If you are skeptical about the safety of your information, don’t worry because we keep all your information stored as per our privacy policy. It will never be shared with third parties and is only for internal use.

  • Our registrant processing time varies slightly in different cities. Normally, we respond to you within four working days so that you can start tasking as quickly as possible. You receive a notification from us once your registration is complete. If we require additional information from you after registration, our team will contact you.
